Pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation, DH Partners Limited (DHPL) has been merged with and into Dawood Lawrencepur Limited (DLL), being the surviving entity, with effect from January 1, 2026.
Accordingly, DH Partners Limited has ceased to exist as a separate legal entity from the effective date.

a. This Business Code of Conduct defines the standards expected of us for all our actions and behaviors while working
for the Company. Any failure to adhere to the provisions contained herein can make the violator liable for
disciplinary action up to and including termination.
4.2 Managements’ Responsibility:
Management is responsible for ensuring that the provisions of this Code are implemented and used to guide the
actions of Associates under their respective supervision and to hold them accountable for compliance.
4.3 Board of Directors’ Responsibility:
a. The Board of Directors of the Company are committed to ensuring that management is conducting its business in
accordance with the provisions of the Code
b. The Board upon notification of willful violations of this Code shall assure that violations will be addressed, and that
proper corrective action is taken.
c. The Board will further see that measures are put in place to prevent recurrence of violation.
